Highlights

  • Supports 4K60Hz 4:4:4 video distribution over standard Gigabit Ethernet with HDMI 2.0, 18 Gbps bandwidth, and JPEG 2000 light compression.
  • Ultra-Low-Latency mode delivers approximately 2 to 4 ms video latency, with M-JPEG live source preview for real-time source monitoring.
  • Supports any-to-any routing and video walls up to 16 × 16, with independent routing of video, audio, USB, IR, and RS-232 signals.
  • Optional Dante or AES67 audio-over-IP add-ons are available, with one add-on operating per device at a time. AES67 requires no license, while Dante requires license activation for permanent use and otherwise operates in a one-hour trial mode after each reboot.
  • Flexible system control through Z-Net for Windows, ZT-IP100C IP Controller, or the Free Z-Net iPad control app. The app provides system control and visual source identification through MJPEG live video preview.

Description

The Zenty IP400 AV over IP System is a high-end HDMI 2.0-class 1GbE JPEG 2000 platform designed for professional distribution of 4K60Hz 4:4:4 video over standard Gigabit Ethernet networks. Supporting resolutions up to 3840 × 2160p60 with 4:4:4 color sampling, the IP400 combines an 18 Gbps / 600 MHz video architecture with JPEG 2000 light compression. It also supports HDR10, HDR10+, HLG and Dolby Vision formats subject to the supported format matrix, along with HDCP 2.2 and 2.3.

Built for scalable AV distribution, the IP400 provides any-to-any routing, allowing multiple sources to serve multiple displays or display groups simultaneously across the network. It supports point-to-point, point-to-multipoint, multipoint-to-point and multipoint-to-multipoint applications, as well as video walls up to 16 × 16. A dedicated Ultra-Low-Latency mode provides approximately 2 to 4 ms video latency, while an M-JPEG live preview sub-stream enables real-time monitoring and identification of encoder sources.

The IP400 integrates video, audio, USB and control distribution within the same system, including USB 2.0 and KVM extension, keyboard and mouse roaming, bidirectional IR, bidirectional RS-232, CEC, analog audio, optical S/PDIF audio return and HDMI Audio Return Channel. HDMI audio supports PCM up to 7.1 channels, with support for Dolby Atmos, DTS-HD Master Audio and DTS:X. For network transport, each endpoint provides both a 1000BASE-T RJ-45 interface with PoE and a 1GbE SFP interface, with copper links supporting up to 100 m / 328 ft and qualified fiber configurations supporting longer-distance transmission.

System control and management are available through Z-Net for Windows, Z-Net for iPad and the Zenty ZT-IP100C IP Controller. The ZT-IP100C provides centralized endpoint discovery, system configuration, any-to-any routing, video-wall control and system management for IP400 installations. The IP400 is available as the ZT-IP400E Encoder (MPN ZT-332) and ZT-IP400D Decoder (MPN ZT-333), providing a flexible platform that can be expanded across multi-source and multi-display AV-over-IP systems.

Please note: These units can be connected using either the 1G Optical port or 1G BASE-T (Gigabit Ethernet) port. When using the 1G Optical port, a power supply is required for both the encoder and decoder.

Optional Dante or AES67 audio-over-IP add-ons are available, with one add-on operating per device at a time. AES67 requires no license, while Dante requires license activation for permanent use and otherwise operates in a one-hour trial mode after each reboot.
